EPS Property Search was one of the first exclusive  buyer's agencies  in Sydney. Founder, Patrick Bright began working for buyers in 1999 when he realised there were no services to help people who wanted to buy property, he then opened EPS Property Search in 2001.

Over the past 20 plus years Patrick and his team have helped hundreds of home buyers  and  investors  purchase properties in Sydney.

EPS Property Search clients are diverse. For  home buyers , we know the importance of fully understanding their needs so we can help them find the right place to call home.

Whilst they didn't all start that way many of our clients are repeat multi-million dollar investors. They understand, as we do, that planning and executing a sound strategy is vital to achieving financial freedom.

EPS buys only A and B grade quality properties for our clients to ensure strong capital growth on investment and the ability to resell with a positive and timely result in any market.

Stephen Hall, Buyer’s agent and negotiator

Stephen Hall began his real estate career in the year 2000 as a real estate selling agent on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Patrick noticed Stephen's outstanding negotiation ability (one of the most critical skills an exceptional buyer's agent needs to have) and he invited Stephen to jump the fence and join EPS Property Search as a buyer's agent in 2001.

Stephen has helped his clients to identify and secure homes and investment properties in some of the best positions and locations that Sydney and Brisbane have to offer.

Stephen heads up EPS Property Search Brisbane helping new and existing EPS clients secure their own slice of the very best real estate Brisbane has to offer.

Stephen is a Licensed real estate agent in both NSW and QLD with over 20 years experience.

Kate Bright, Communications manager

Kate manages the communications for EPS with an extensive background in media and public relations. She joined EPS in 2008 after completing her role as Public Relations Manager for Singapore Airlines where she headed up the Australian PR team for the successful global launch of the A380 super jumbo.

Kate has also worked at the highest level of Government as a Federal Media Adviser after her many years experience as a broadcast journalist.
